HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR YOUR FEET!

Taking care of feet is a subject that comes up often throughout the summer. However, it would be great to do so throughout the year. It’s tough to restore in two weeks what you’ve been missing for ten months. If you can keep a consistent rhythm, you may develop a basic routine that is beneficial to your feet.

Feet, like hands, need attention and care.

Your feet deserve just as much pampering as your hands, so don’t forget about them when you do nail care. You can use an appropriate oil to massage your nails once a week to keep them in good shape.

Choose the appropriate time to care for your foot.

Take care of them when it’s most convenient for you. Whenever the morning or the night.  The ideal time to exfoliate, remove some dead skin, is in the shower. A few minutes of self-massage on the feet before going to sleep can nourish the skin and help you relax.

Here is our favorite at-home foot care routine:

– Soak your feet  for 15 to 20 minutes in warm water. Add a small amount of peppermint essential oil for its soothing, healing, and toning effects. The aim is to relax while prepping the skin for the subsequent processes.

– After that, use a foot scraper in a moderate circular motion and without applying excessive pressure. Following that, a scrub may be used to gently exfoliate dead skin.

– Dry your feet well, giving special attention to the region between your toes, and then apply a nourishing treatment or cream that is rich enough to leave your skin supple;

– After using a specialized oil, push back your cuticles and trim  your nails to finish your manicure.

We suggest that you should not allow your nails grow too long. A lengthy nail on the foot creates more space for microorganisms and sweat. Toenails should be kept at a suitable length.
